Arbitration in constant update

took place in October the IX CAM-CCBC Congress of Arbitration in São Paulo. The future of conflict resolution, national and international, was debated by over 400 people. Some of the topics covered were “new trends in energy sector disputes”, “arbitration and insolvency in transnational disputes”, "regulating corporate arbitration", "publication of arbitral sentences: the future or utopia?", "The future of arbitration from the perspective of the parts ”.

The entity now has a new regulation that brings more modern consolidation mechanisms and disobeys the referee's choice by the list, which remains important for promoting the diversity, inclusion and participation of new entrants in the world of arbitration. The Diversity Commission was even instituted, with the objective of promoting equal opportunities for Egros, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people with disabilities.
