New Law creates infrastructure debentures

The standard provides that companies of specific purpose, concessionaires, permissionaires, authorizations or tenants, constituted in the form of a company by actions, may issue debentures subject to public distribution, whose resources captured will be intended for the implementation of Infrastructure or intensive economic production ventures in research, development and innovation.

Additional benefits will also be granted to the issues of titles aimed at financing projects that obtain socio -environmental certification or sustainability, reinforcing the importance of the OSI aspect.
